BEFORE YOUR CHARTER:

1) SIGN YOUR WAIVER AHEAD OF TIME and forward to your guests so they can sign in advance too.

2) ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR to your reservation time. Our captain runs a tight ship, the boat pulls out exactly on schedule. In the event we have to wait for late arrivals, the charter time will NOT be extended.

3) NO SMOKING allowed.

4) NO PETS allowed.

5) Safety is our primary concern. In the event of a cancellation due to severe weather conditions, a full store credit will be given. You will be able to reschedule to any available date during the 2023 season. There are no refunds.

We understand things happen. In the event you need to change your date, a full store credit will be issued to customers who contact us 7 days prior to their departure date. You will be able to reschedule to any available date during the 2023 season.

We operate in rain or shine. If it’s going to rain, we recommend bringing rain jackets and/or ponchos. Rain tours are some of our fondest memories! We only cancel tours if there are unsafe conditions. Please keep in mind we are reserving a Coast Guard certified master captain, crew and boat time block exclusively for your party!One 4 hour charter on a 459 Meridian Motor Yacht for up to 10 people on the Vessel “Totally Outta Control” in the Great South Bay located in Patchogue, New York.
